By booking or participating in a Round 1 Gaming Lab event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gaming activities involve inherent risks

• The booking adult assumes responsibility for all participating guests

• Guests must be 6 years of age or older to enter the Lab

• Damaged equipment will be invoiced to the booking adult

• Unsafe behavior may result in removal or early event shutdown without refund

• Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise

• The booking adult must be reachable at all times during the event
