Private Party Packages

Our 2 Hour Lab Experience is $450 and is perfect for smaller parties, quick celebrations, and events that need a fun, high-energy experience.

Our 3 Hour Lab Experience is $550 and is our most popular option. It gives guests more time to play, rotate, compete, and enjoy the full Lab experience.

Add-ons start at $125. Extra hours are $125. Outdoor TVs are $125 when weather and setup allow. Custom needs are quoted separately.

Large Events and Custom Pricing

Large events are priced differently than standard private parties. Events with 100 or more total guests require a $125 large group fee because they often involve constant rotations, larger crowds, extended play time, and additional event flow management.

Custom pricing may apply based on crowd size, schedule, location, setup needs, and event length.

Deposit and Payment

A $100 deposit is required to secure your event date and time. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before your scheduled event date.

Mileage Fee Policy

Round1 Gaming Lab operates out of Warren, Michigan. 10 miles roundtrip are included with every package. Mileage is calculated roundtrip. Any distance beyond the included miles is charged at $1 per additional mile.

For example, if your event is located 40 miles roundtrip from Warren, 10 miles are included, 30 additional miles are billable, and the mileage fee is $30.

Mileage fees are added to your final invoice and must be paid before the event.
