Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your event date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to your scheduled event date.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before your event will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • If you paid in full and cancel within 14 days, all funds minus the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method only.

  • If the remaining balance is not paid in full 14 days prior, the booking will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. You may re-book and start the process again if availability allows.

All cancellations must be submitted by email to info@round1gaming.com.
Phone calls and text messages will not be accepted as cancellation notices.

 

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your event one time only, provided the new date is within 60 days of your original event date and availability allows.

Example:
If your event is scheduled for June 22, you may reschedule for any available date between June 22 and August 22. We cannot extend reschedules beyond the 60-day window.

Important Notes

  • Rescheduled dates and times are not guaranteed and must be available at the time of request

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking

  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method or CashApp.
